Welcome to Culrain Mains

Welcome to Culrain Mains. We are a working livestock farm in the stunning Kyle of Sutherland around 18 miles inland from the well known Sutherland town of Dornoch. We breed pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle and North Country Cheviot sheep, we also operate a self contained holiday cottage. We would love to welcome you to our beautiful part of the Highlands.

Prize Livestock

We breed award winning Aberdeen Angus cattle, selling pedigree bulls and females to other farmers the length and breadth of the United Kingdom and exporting to Europe. We also run a small flock of pedigree North Country Cheviot sheep which we sell at the world famous Lairg Lamb Sales in August.
